Our plants are growing steadily and the conkers planted in 2014 and 2016, continue to flourish.

We have also sown a variety of seeds and have a great time, checking for changes each day. The pumpkin seeds from our pumpkins in the autumn are doing really well so far.

We also planted cress seeds and let some continue to grow. It has been fascinating to see them grow bigger and they are now in flower.

It has been a very exciting summer term so far.

We had a fantastic visit to Twycross Zoo in June. It was a very wet day and we were lucky to find a great place to have our lunch.

Despite the rain, the children still had a great day out and loved seeing the animals, especially following the ducks in the rain.

The giraffes as always create a wonderful "Wow" when they are seen for the first time.

We would like to thank again, Northampton Science Park for their very generous donation which paid for our coaches.

As part of our Chinese New Year Celebrations, our wonderful Dragon came to life as we created a dance to perform to the children in our nursery.

Kung Hei Fat Choy!

Reception class joined with the rest of the school to support the NSPCC's Number Day fundraiser.

The children dressed up, wearing numbers on their clothes and there were some really fantastic outfits.

We had great fun using our counting skills to create Number posters for our classroom.

Yesterday, the cuddly toys came to school too.The children earned their 100 marbles in the jar.

They can earn marbles for being great in lots of different situations, for example, going to assembly sensibly; everyone looking and listening during carpet times or 100% attendance.

I wonder what they will choose as their reward, next time?
Well done everyone!
