Dear Parents and Carers,
Thorplands Primary School is a happy and successful school in the Eastern District of Northampton. I am very proud to be a part of such a supportive team which includes the staff, children and parents, as well as the wider community. Visitors comment on the friendly atmosphere and warm relationships between everyone. We treat our community with positive unconditional regard and ensure that all stakeholders feel heard & listened to.
The team here at Thorplands are passionate about ensuring the children receive an excellent education. We aim to deliver a quality curriculum which inspires children to achieve their very best: for themselves, their friends and the wider community; we want each child to feel unique, respected and cared for. As well as working hard to challenge and support children academically, we are aim to develop children who can thrive in modern society and we seek to uncover and nurture any talents in sport, music, theatre, art and much more!
We are proud to be a part of Northampton Primary Academy Trust (NPAT) who support & challenge us in broadening the opportunities and experiences for our children through the curriculum and beyond. Please read below for more on our vision, values and aims of the school for your children.
